"I would give zero stars if that were an option. I've never encountered such poor customer service. I canceled my auto insurance because I was being charged $390 a month and requested a lower rate. Unfortunately, they could only marginally reduce the cost, so I decided to cancel. They assured me that my next payment wouldn't be charged—but it was! I still haven't received my refund. Every time I call to inquire, I either get promised a callback that never happens or I'm told my refund will arrive by mail in a couple of weeks. I canceled in early September and still have not received my refund or an update on its status. To make matters worse, I'm still being charged. I’ll likely have to dispute these charges with my bank.
I'm also waiting for a refund on my homeowners insurance, as they don’t cover rental properties. I’m due to receive a refund for that as well, but I haven’t received it or any information about its status. Do yourself a favor and avoid getting insurance here. The experience has been frustrating and simply not worth it."
